The globally acclaimed Dotmount Communications Group and publisher of Pleasures Magazine (PleasuresMagazine.com.ng), today announced the acquisition of the shares of Gannett Co.Inc, a highly respected diversified news and media information company which operates in broadcast, publishing and digital, in a move expected to enhance Dotmount Communications’ global reach with comprehensive integrated services for solid customer and project stability.
Gannett (GCI) is a diversified news and media information company with operations in broadcast, publishing and digital. The company’s best-known brand is USA Today. Its broadcasting segment manages 43 television channels; its publishing segment provides daily content through more than 80 daily publications and more than 400 non-daily local publications; and its digital segment covers content through digital platforms, digital marketing services and online HR software solution.

The new acquisition of Dotmount follows a series of acquisitions over the past two years. Since the fall of 2019, the company has bought back shares from major media companies.

Babatunde Adedotun Olaoluwa is a Nigerian, Brand Strategist, Media Consultant, HR and Communications Expert. He is the publisher of Pleasures Magazine. A semi-monthly luxury publication.
Olaoluwa is from Ibadan, Oyo State, South West Nigeria. He had his primary education at the Command Children School in Lagos State; his secondary education at Command Secondary School, Ikeja, Lagos State, where he obtained his West African Studies Certificate (WASC) in 1995. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and International Relations from the University of Malta and is an alumnus of the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, where he obtained certificates in Management and Measurement of Organizational Strategies, Product Strategy and Brand Management. He is an associate member of the International Council for Advertising Self-Regulation (ICAS) and an associate member of the European Advertising Standards Alliance (EASA).
Olaoluwa began his media career at Spice Group in Geneva, Switzerland, where he spent three years as an Image Development Manager. He became Deputy Director at Steves&Co Communications (where he managed multinational accounts). In 2011, he founded PLEASURES MAGAZINE, of which he is the editor to this day.
